I created Mommy's Meals to share my fast healthy meals that are calorie friendly. I try and use as much fresh ingredients as I can and I prefer to avoid bad ingredients such as trans fats, high fructose corn syrup and fake sweeteners (except for stevia). I am sharing these meals with you in the hopes that you will enjoy them as much as I have. I will also share with you the products that I prefer to use when preparing some of these meals.
